These records pertain to the activities of various local and regional Bates alumni clubs, excluding the records of the College Key (in Series 1). The oldest club contained in these files is the Boston and Vicinity club, whose first meeting was in 1885. The records of the Southern California Club come largely from the files of Charles Hicks, class of 1903.
