This collection contains correspondence and other administrative planning materials of the Office of Donor Programs. It is primarily made up of made up of materials related to events put on my this office for donors to the college, especially dedications of various campus buildings.

The collection is the physical property of Edmund S. Muskie Archives and Special Collections Library. Bates College holds literary rights only for material created by College personnel working on official behalf of the College, or for material which was given to the College with such rights specifically assigned. The Office of Donor Programs oversees a comprehensive effort to foster the long-term engagement of alumni, parents, and friends who give their philanthropic support to Bates.
