Other writings, 1942-1968

This series consists of other unpublished materials written by John Tagliabue, including Tagliabue's collection of notebooks which he maintained throughout his adult life; scripts for, reviews of, and the puppets used in his popular series of Mario the Traveler puppet plays; a few hymns for which he wrote the words; scholarly translations of Italian literary works; and a variety of short stories and essays. The series also includes a subseries of writings by others, including many students of Tagliabue, which he collected.
