The series fills two boxes, and contains minutes, director reports and treasurer reports of the Chase Hall Committee. The records summarize the organization and planning it took over the years to provide traditional student body events and entertainment, and the funding it took to put on the events.

Historical Note
The Chase Hall Committee is the programing board on campus. The committee organizes events and activities on campus for students, staff and faculty. Some events that the committee puts on every year are the 80’s Dance, the Halloween Dance, Winter Carnival and the DEAP Festival.
