Historical Note

The department of Enivornmental Studies was formed in 1995, as part of a general push to reorganize coursework in the 1990's. Enviromental Studies was primarily comprised of interdisciplinary courses with only one dedicated Enviromental Studies professor, Professor Bohlen. By 2005, however, the department would grow to contain four dedicated Enviromental Studies professors.
