Scope and Content Note

The Bates College Catalog is an annual publication containing information on the administration, academics, and personnel of the college. For a brief time, separate editions of a Freshman Catalog and a Summer School Catalog were also printed. Note that beginning with the school year 1903-1904, and for all years thereafter, the General Catalog was printed as an issue of the Bates College Bulletin. The same applies for each copy of the Freshman and Summer School catalogs. This subseries contains issues of all three catalogs.
