Albums, and Cassettes, and CDs, 1938-2014, undated
Scope and Contents
This sub-series contains audiocassettes and vinyl, acetate, and compact discs, and covers much of Glazer's recorded studio output, as well as some concert recordings and some appearances on radio and television. Most of the piano music was performed by Frank Glazer, either solo or with an orchestra or other settings. There are also performances with other musicians, notably his wife Ruth (soprano), his brother David (clarinet), and groups he was a member of or performed frequently with, including the Cantilena Chamber Players, the New England Piano Quartette, the Eastman Quartet, and the Atlanta Virtuosi. There is also a subset of recordings from other artists, retained here to show Glazer's interest of a variety of fellow artists. Some of these last albums/CDs have been inscribed to Glazer by their creators, as noted for those items.
