Much of this series is comprised of class data including student enrollment data arranged by geographical distribution. This data contains student lists and numbers of enrolled students by geographical area, except for the data from the 1920s. Series also includes classbooks containing a variety of material including data on inquiries, enrollment, financial aid, transfers and class statistics.

Other files in this series contain material on the "Bates Case" (concerning the availability of student records), college and class profiles used for admissions purposes, and a handbook for student workers in Admissions. Also contains a report entitled the "Recruitment of a Diverse Student Body at Bates College from 2002-2009" and a ten year historical data report.
